Description

Takes an XML string and produces a node tree.

Note

flags is not used for PARSE_WANT_ERROR_CONTEXT, PARSE_FORCE_LOWERCASE or PARSE_ENABLE_NAMESPACES since they are covered by the separate flag arguments.
