Description: This class handles the cases where you have a time period with holes. These can be created by the ^ or | operators on time ranges.

Method create: Calendar.SuperTimeRange Calendar.SuperTimeRange(array(TimeRange) parts)
Description: A SuperTimeRange must have at least two parts, two time ranges. Otherwise, it's either not a time period at all or a normal time period.
